This month-long strength and conditioning training plan is for those who want to feel fast and strong. It is a scalable program, built to achieve various goals and improve consistency, discipline, time management, and self-esteem for anyone despite skill level. While it is targeted towards athletes competing in Hyrox and Deka Fit this program is for any functional athlete looking to get strong and be the best version of themselves. Don’t expect the work to stop after four weeks - this program prepares you to train for life.

  • This month-long hybrid training plan is for those who want to feel fast and strong. It is a scalable program, built to increase full body strength and aerobic capacity for the experienced functional athlete. You will need access to equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cardio equipment) to partake in the programming. This program will solidify a strong base of physical and mental strength while sharpening transferable skills such as discipline, time management, accountability, attention to detail, and more. Ongoing workout programs and personal training packages built for clients in the Chicago area that begins with a thorough fitness assessment to pinpoint how I can best assist you. We will then work together to create a realistic training plan to achieve your goals in a timely manner, allowing you to become your best self both physically and mentally.

Work with me for 60 minutes (Intro Session, 5-Pack or 10-Pack Commitment), experiencing personal training sessions catered to you that are either endured in person or virtually with me on screen with you at home.

  • Through an in-depth personalized fitness assessment, I will be able to discover the most accurate and efficient ways to best assist you.

    We will then work together to create a realistic training plan to achieve your goals in a timely manner, allowing you to become your best self both physically and mentally.

    My monthly training programs cater to those outside of Chicago and my in person 1 on 1 training services are for those in the Chicagoland area.
